After finishing the Disputes without Honor and Humanity World Quest, you can claim the Legendary Thief Treasure. That is not the guide itself, but it opens the area for the next step.
After that, I headed south toward the igloo and helped the Jack Frosts build their home with the Prime Ice Construct blueprints. That gave me a Precious chest. Nearby, a Seelie was floating around the Jack Frosts' home. I followed it and unlocked a Luxurious chest. Then I moved south again, removed the Prime Ice, and found another Seelie. This one needed the zip line mechanic to follow back, so keep an eye on your stamina.
Next up was the Trembling Voice haunted house puzzle, east of the Inverted Glacier Domain. I solved it in this order:

After the haunted house, I moved south and jumped on top of the clouds. A Precious chest unlocked automatically when I reached it. You can use a Grappling Gun, or just jump down from the train tracks above. Then I glided north and entered the cave space inside the mountain for another Precious chest.
🏴 Gang-Occupied Cavern and Sanctuary of Grief
The Gang-Occupied Cavern has two Precious chests. You can find them during the Disputes without Honor and Humanity Quest, or after it is done and the cave is enemy-free. Once I claimed those two, I went for the Luxurious chest on the northwestern island. That one appears after completing the Like a Labyrinth Imprisons Her Servants quest. That mission only triggers after you finish A Great Heart Fettered by Slender Chains and read the Eye of Graeae's message about the giant figure by the sea.
The Sanctuary of Grief only has one Luxurious chest, but it is easy to miss. I followed Signora's signature crimson butterfly to the tomb and opened it there.
Back in Morepesok, Childe's hometown, I got a Precious chest after completing The Sunken Ship, Sailed Past, Ringing no Bells quest. It only triggers after the first part, Ever Beneath the Waves. Then I went to the south-eastern station in Morepesok and interacted with Kruzhkova to spawn a Luxurious chest.
If you still need more chances, the Everfrozen Earth Shadow Realm Treasure Vault is in eastern Morepesok. Teleport to the waypoint at the top, then move northeast. I marked it on my map because the vault entrance blends into the snow.
🔥 Flamefeather Valley: Where I Found My Third Guide
Flamefeather Valley is the other half of the Remnant Incense Guide - Everfrozen Earth hunt. Arriving during the In the Dwelling of Life Quest, I came across the first Luxurious chest inside a Shrine of Depths. Use a Snezhnaya Shrine of Depths key to unlock it and claim the precious items inside.
Afterward, I teleported to the Snowmelt Drainage Channel and collected one Precious chest and one Luxurious chest as I progressed through the World Quest. Exit the Drainage Channel to arrive at Okurov, then do the puzzles there for two more Precious chests and a Luxurious treasure.

During the Forbidding Doors of Melancholy Quest, there is a Precious chest, but one Luxurious chest is stashed away on the upper floor. Use the Grappling Gun on the second chandelier to reach it. After that, take the elevator up and claim the second Precious chest.
Finally, if you teleport to the Flamefeather Valley Statue of the Seven, you can get another Precious chest after defeating two waves of enemies. That was the chest that gave me my third Remnant Incense Guide - Everfrozen Earth.
